Kim is the man!! Had my car overheating on a Saturday, he was the only shop open. He was about to close and agreed to take a look, diagnosed the issue right away and said he would have it ready the NEXT DAY. He doesn’t even open on Sundays, just wanted to help me out since I don’t live in the area. Gave me an honest quote, uses reliable brands and was quick. I can’t recommend Kim more, he is an honest and transparent mechanic with very good prices. That’s rare in the bay area nowadays, overall very pleased!

The car would not start and had to be towed to my mechanic 3 miles away. Was told to wait 30 minutes, only to have the driver show up more than 2 hours later. The driver then charged $138 to tow my car 3 miles away. I need to get the invoice to reimburse it with my insurance, and after many phone calls and many months later, I still do not see the invoice. I was then told that they used a stub and had to call this guy on my own. The phone number they gave for the stub would not pick up the phone. I learned my lesson and got AAA.

First of all they came late by 1.5 hours. Have no clue who gave them 5 stars. Misleading. Do not use their services please. And they charged us a ton for towing to mechanic. No apologies. Nothing. Avoid this.

Quick and speedy response time. Great prices. Friendly service. They can come jump your car within 20 minutes. If you're in a jam Roc can help you out.

Always used bad towing services, until i used Roc Auto repair & Towing! Worth every penny and highly recommended Prompt, professional and even courteous !
